St. Augustine Bridal Photography Shoot at Princess Place Preserve
Stylized St. Augustine Bridal Photography Shoot
I had the opportunity to work with a few local creatives and vendors in the St. Augustine area and we poured all of our heart and soul into every little detail of this stylized St. Augustine bridal photography session. I’m always drawn to the bohemian/rustic wedding themes so I thought I’d come up with one of my own and it all went along the lines with an audubon theme. I absolutely love the ombre dresses that designer RCB Fashion designed specifically for this shoot and I’ve seen these become more and more popular amongst brides and bridesmaids.
I don’t even know where to begin with all the creativity oozing from this session. Between the beautiful citrine, gemstone jewelry, gold head piece provided by Anchor Boutique and the gorgeous makeup/hair artistry provided by one of the BEST in the area, Amanda Hopcraft, I’m literally speechless:) The bouquets are flourishing with white Garden roses, cymbidium orchids, and burgundy snapdragons and I do believe I spotted some lettuce in there:) Sweet Tastings by Jen dipped her beautiful pears in gold paint and all of her mouth watering treats were the highlight of that day. Let’s not forget the 2 tier custom wedding cake that added as one of the centerpieces to this gorgeous collaboration. The invitations from Lemonlark were exactly what I envisioned and the color scheme flowed perfectly with the vision. Jenna Alexander is probably one of the most talented and MULTI-talented artists in St. Augustine and if you haven’t checked out her “Even Me” exhibit at the Ponte Vedra Cultural Center, I would highly suggest it. Also, although we didn’t get to use Coastal Celebrations as wedding planners, I have worked with them before and would highly recommend them for your upcoming wedding day:) As you can see, they have gorgeous props and there’s more where that came from.
I’m so thankful for all of the helping hands including husbands, friends, and children that made this day possible. Thank you to two beautiful models that I searched everywhere for and they are truly radiant inside and out. FYI, I didnt photoshop Kaleigh’s baby blues..they are really THAT BLUE.
This truly was an experience of a lifetime and something I look forward to doing again in the future.
